* Director of Operations - F&B – Macau
Company description:
Our client is an international branded Hotel - Casino with 10 F&B outlets, over 1000 emplyees. The property was opened a few years ago, it is not a pre-opening.
Job & Profile description:
This position requires a senior Food & Beverage professional, with minimal 5-10 years experience managing high volume and high end food & beverage operations. The ideal candidate may already be at EAM level and currently with a luxury hotel brand, be dedicated to quality in terms of product, service, customer relations and employee development, Extensive product knowledge, both Food and Beverage, ability to transfer his knowledge. Able to effective manage Lead the Division, including the Culinary team. Understand the role and function of the F&B Division both as a profit centre and image builder for the Resort as well as a Service Department to the Casino Department. Previous Asia work experience and/or experience with Casino/Gaming is a definite advantage.  The candidate will report to the Vice President Hotel Operations, and is second-in-charge of the hotel.

* Food & Beverage Director – Manila
Company Description: Our client is a 5* international luxury branded hotel. This property is a top 5* product, with several F&B outlets, ballroom and a banquet facilities.
Job & Profile Description: The candidate must have at least a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel or from a reputable Hotel chain and previous experience in Asia would be an advantage.  Aside from having a robust knowledge of international cuisine (including food preparation, presentation, and pricing), we are looking for a candidate who has good people skills, personable, and can converse adequately in English and basic French

* Food & Beverage Manager – Hong Kong
Company Description: Our client is a private members club with Food & Beverage Operations equal to 5* international hotel standards. Their facility on Hong Kong Island operates six outlets and full banqueting facilities including four family dining outlets (1 Chinese and 3 Western), two fine-dining (Western & Chinese) and four Banquet rooms including the Ballroom. The Food & Beverage Manager will be in charge of Western-style restaurant operations.
Job & Profile Description: - an expatriate is preferred (either living in Hong Kong or overseas) with a degree or higher diploma in hotel and catering management, a minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in 5-star hotels, of which 5 years should be in a managerial role of food and beverage operations. Track record in managing successful restaurants is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Clear focus on the consumers needs and trends in order to meet customer satisfaction; and creativity and flair to exceed customer expectation.

* Maitre-D’ – Hong Kong
Company description:Our client is an award wining restaurant in Central. They are part of a worldwide group of high-end restaurants. With a contemporary concept and modern twist to a conventional cuisine this particular venue is located near some of the most sophisticated luxury hotels, high-end shops and major dining-bar-street. The restaurant features a 150 seats restaurant, 100 seats bar/lounge, open kitchens. With a casual atmosphere the restaurant still as a very high average check. Even in 2008, 2009 the restaurants had a revenue of about 100 million Hong Kong Dollars (10 million Euro/ 12 million USD). This year so far has been their best performing year since opening.
Job & Profile description:They require a Maitre'D/Host/Guest Relations manager who will stand on equal level to the Lounge Manager and Restaurant Manager, all 3 reporting to a General Manager. The role of the Maitre-D is defined as follows: - You are the host of the restaurant, the face-book of the brand in Hong Kong.  Responsible for managing and leading the reception team. Handling all reservations and booking inquiries with precision ensuring that seating capacity, table arrangements, timing and table turns are maximized whist accommodating guest preferences. Methodically maintaining and building the guest database to include preferences and personal details and history and communicating these details to the team in order to assist the restaurant in providing a high level of service. Conduct targeted marketing activities utilizing the guest database and contact with regular guests. Maintain a high level of guest recognition amongst the reception team, addressing customers by name. Lliaise with the kitchen and service teams ensuring that menus, special parties or other dietary preferences and booking details are communicated. Assist with general floor service when needed. You should have restaurant management, sales or concierge experience in hospitality, posses a very outgoing personality and 'Ambassador' spirit in looks, presentation, social skills
They are ideally looking for a foreigner, must have Asia experience and have worked in a high profile restaurant at some point in their career ( hotel experience only not desirable).
Salary & other benefits: Depending on experience and profile, the salary budget is 26.000 - 30.000 HKD gross per month (2600 - 3000 Euro/ 3300 - 3800 USD), relocation will be covered. Housing allowance can be considered. Proper work permit and visa will be covered by the company. Although it is a free-standing restauarant, the company behind it has a very high level of organization. They employ several expatriates in kitchen and service since opening, have very good staff benefits and highly devoted to training and grooming theirs staff.

Job & Profile description: The Banquet Manager oversees the daily activities of the Banquet Department and staff. Ensures the highest level of service by executing the requirements of events based on catering service standards. Drives customer satisfaction and capitalizes on revenue up-sell opportunities during the Event Phase of a function. Acts as a liaison for the banquet department between Sales, Event Planning, Event Services, Event Technology, and the Banquet Culinary team maintaining open lines of communication to provide guests the highest level of service. BQT presently has 20 staff. This position report to Director of Chinese Operation directly.

Job & Profile description: The ideal candidate must have strong background in international hotel chains, should have been the same position for 2 years already and has to have excellence internal and external communication skills. Strong banquet experience. 
Salary & other benefits: The suggested salary is RMB 35,000 plus RMB3, 500 housing allowance per month based on background and experiences and would be ideally on Single status. The position is immediate available.

* Food & Beverage Director / Manager (Pre-opening) - Sanya
Company Description: Our client is a 5* international brand and currently at pre-opening stage of a small luxury Resort & Spa (less than 200 rooms) with 4 F&B outlets. (ADD, Chinese Restaurant, Outdoor Pool/Bar/Restaurant), Banquet facilities, IRD. Opening date is scheduled for early 2011. The resort in China is one of currently 3 properties they have in China, possibly the first to open, and with more projects in the pipeline. Worldwide this company has about 15 existing hotels & resorts and about the same amount in project phase. Some of their existing hotels are Member of Leading Hotels of the World. Their Spa Brand is an icon in the industry. The property in Sanya has a good location, i.e. close to the Airport and Sanya-city, of course on the beach, but not in Yalong Bay where most hotels are, or any of the new areas of development, which are still rather remote and desolate.
Job & Profile Description: Ideally you have Asia/China experience, Pre-opening experience is a plus. You should be able to work independently, prepared to build the department from scratch and you are able to work with company guidelines and implement them at the local situation. You have great ability to train and motivate local staff. Preferably having worked in Small Luxury Resorts, or in tune with guests needs in exclusive Spa/Resort environment (and evidently all the criteria that would be there for any FB Director/Manager). Due to the small size of the operation, a candidate who is currently Asst. DOFB would be considered.
Salary & Other Benefits: Our client can offer the right candidate a net salary of 5000 - 5500 USD, live-in accommodation, usual expatriate benefits such as relocation, AL, medical, meals. Due to the location the job is not suitable for applicants with children. Single status package would be preferred, bringing a spouse or long-time partner possible.
