* General Manager – Beijing
Company Description: Our client is a 5* International hotel & conference center, managed by a worldwide hotel group, with very distinctive architecture at a stunning location near one of the most visited landmarks in Beijing. 200+ rooms, 4 F&B outlets, Spa, Conference Center.
Job & Profile Description: You will be responsible for the daily operations of the whole property with a little more than 250 staff. Previous China experience is a must, strong PR and Marketing to bring in high profile events in that continue to put the property in the media as a world class choice of location for international events. Experience with challenging situations due to the location, architecture and logistics operating a full-service 5* hotel operation in a property that was not primarily designed to be a hotel. To be the liaison between the owning company and the management company, with assistance of a very capable local deputy General Manager. Mandarin speaking is not a must, good English and additional (2) European languages are essential for this role.
Salary & other benefits: An expat package on single or married status (no schooling) with a salary around USD 15.000 is offered, inclusive relocation, live-in / live-out accommodation discussable, car, annual leave. Overseas travel to attend trade fairs and shows would be part of the PR & Marketing role.

* General Manager – Guangdong province
Company Description: 5* hotel, part of a small international group in a good location of a secondary city near Guangzhou. The hotel has around 200 rooms, a Chinese restaurant, a café and a meeting room/ball room.
Job & Profile Description: You will be responsible for the daily operation of the whole property with a little more than 300 staff. Being fluent in Mandarin is mandatory and good knowledge of English is essential for this role.
Salary & other benefits: An expat package on single or married status (no schooling) with a salary around USD 7,000 is offered, inclusive airline ticket, meals, accommodation in apartment on site next to hotel.

* Senior Development Manager – based in head office Shanghai
Company description:
Our client is an international Hotel company based in Shanghai.
Job & Profile description:
The main role is to inspect and evaluate hotels/ projects, as well as market intelligence and market competition survey, lead and participate in contract negotiation, maintain and advance good and long term owner relationship etc. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in this position already with name brand management companies (with track record of closing substantial hotel project deal). This position requires well first hand knowledge of most major cities in China. The role requires frequent travel with base in Shanghai. The candidate will report to the Vice President Development Greater China.
Salary & other benefits: The company offers 450.000RMB – 500.000RMB gross per year, with 15 days annual leave and meal allowance per month.

* Director of Operations - F&B – Macau
Company description:
Our client is an international branded Hotel - Casino with 10 F&B outlets, over 1000 emplyees. The property was opened a few years ago, it is not a pre-opening.
Job & Profile description:
This position requires a senior Food & Beverage professional, with minimal 5-10 years experience managing high volume and high end food & beverage operations. The ideal candidate may already be at EAM level and currently with a luxury hotel brand, be dedicated to quality in terms of product, service, customer relations and employee development, Extensive product knowledge, both Food and Beverage, ability to transfer his knowledge. Able to effective manage Lead the Division, including the Culinary team. Understand the role and function of the F&B Division both as a profit centre and image builder for the Resort as well as a Service Department to the Casino Department. Previous Asia work experience and/or experience with Casino/Gaming is a definite advantage.  The candidate will report to the Vice President Hotel Operations, and is second-in-charge of the hotel.  
Salary & other benefits: The company offers a very attractive salary, in excess of 10.000 USD/month, plus full expatriate benefits
