Our Shenzhen Office was the first specialized Hospitality Recruitment Company with an office established in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in 2004.

  Yann-Michel Schipholt - Consultant & Shenzhen Office Manager

Yann-Michel is a graduate from the "Ter Duinen" Hotelschool and from the "COOVI" Hotel Management School, Brussels, both in Belgium. After working for some top restaurants in Belgium and France he gained experience in working for 5 star hotels and resorts. His journey took him from Europe to Africa, and from the Middle East to Asia. For 10 years, hospitality has been his true passion. Having previously worked as a hospitality recruitment consultant in Tokyo and  Singapore for us, he then assisted in opening our Beijing Office.
