Company description: Pre-opening phase of an International branded small luxury 5 star resort & spa in Sanya with less than 200 rooms, 2 FB outlets and extensive Spa facilities, The location is near other established resorts. The resort is scheduled to open in 2011. Job & Profile description: You are an experienced Director of Finance with a solid experience in China, pre-opening projects, experienced in setting up systems and implementing procedures. Ability to speak, Mandarin, reading & writing would be beneficial, Reporting back to owners and Head Office overseas requires good Mandarin an English.
Salary & other benefits: Expat package with a monthly salary of USD 4,000 - 5,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Expatriate benefits included suitable accommodation provided, bringing partner or spouse is possible, but the location limits bringing school-going children. Relocation, Annual Leave, meals, medical all as per company policy

* Finance Manager - Shanghai
Company description: Our client is a new opening top luxury 36 hole golf club with club house, Shanghai – reachable from Pudong Airport or Hongqiao Airport in 40 minutes. The golf club has 23 suites, a wine cellar, private dining rooms, all day dining restaurant, a bar, cigar lounge, pro shop and a swimming pool with spa facilities and sport center which will open in October 2010.
Job & Profile description: This position is responsible for manage all day to day operations of the Finance department, also to provide sufficient training and implement adequate procedures to ensure the level of service and operating strategy. The idea candidate should have minimum 5 years experience working in Finance department at least 2 of which must have been as an Assistant Finance Manager. Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or finance related subject. Mandarin as well as fluent English is a must. The candidate reports to the Director of Finance in head office. This position is open for local PRC candidates only.
Salary & other benefits: The salary is around RMB 15 - 20K. The client offers single accommodation as well as all usual insurance coverage.

 * Credit Manager - Inner Mongolia

Our client is a 5* international hotel in Inner Mongolia, part of an international chain of hotels and resorts. The property located in the city center, has around 400 rooms, 2 restaurants, 1 bar + lobby lounge, banquet hall and conference rooms.
Job & Profile description:The Credit Manager is responsible to Financial Controller. The Credit Manager reviews and approves the credit rating of each hotel guest during his or her stay.The Credit Manager reviews and approves the credit rating for account receivable toward individual guests, companies and organizations.Accounts receivable, which was not approved by the Credit Manager, is not his responsibility but the responsibility of the person who gave the approval.The Credit Manager is responsible for handling uncollected accounts over 90 days, accounts which have exceeded credit limit amounts, and dishonored checks received for payment in cooperation with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.The Credit Manager is responsible for handling collections for accounts under 90 days as advised by the Financial Controller.The Credit Manager needs to be in communication with Credit Managers of SLIM, and other hotels in the same area for the exchange of information. The candidate will has ability to work long hours. Idea you must have excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.Familiarity with FINANCIALS SYSTEMS, PMS, POS, Reporting System, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.This position reports directly to Revenue Manager .
Salary & other benefits: A local expatriate package is offered with a monthly basic salary RMB 4K-6K gross.
