Job & Profile Description: We are looking for an energetic individual with experience in 5* hotels possessing good communication skills. Being fluent in Mandarin is mandatory and good knowledge of English is an advantage for this role. You will be responsible for overall training of the hotel staff.
Salary & other benefits: A local package with a salary around RMB 10,000 – 12,000 is offered.

* Group Director of Human Resources - Shanghai
Company description: Our client is a company with nine subsidaries, such as Real Estate, Property Management, Property Maintanance, Golf Club including small hotel operations, etc..
Job & Profile description: The Group Director of Human Resources will be located in Shanghai. The ideal candidate needs to be a mature teamworker with good English and communication skills. He/she will be responsilbe to overlook all companies in HR related matters. Three to four companies will report directly to the RDOHR, the others will only be overlooked by the Regional Office. The two main responsibilities are to prepare and work out policies (build up a complete HR system) for all subsidaries while leading and managing the HR Managers as well as assisting in recruitment matters. Being familiar with Shanghai market is a big plus. If not then the social security and other related policies as well as laws must be known.
Salary & other benefits: The salary is 400.000RMB per year. Lunch and telephone allowances are offered. The client doesn’t offer accommodation. But in case there is accommodation needed this can be discussed. Usual insurance coverage is offered.

Company description:   Our client is an established group with several 5* properties in Asia. Their properties are market leader in terms of product and rate in most of the cities they are present. They have currently 9 properties and are developping further in China and the rest of Asia. , 
Job & Profile description: You will be based from their head office in Hong Kong, repeporting to the COO and VP Operations. Extensive travel is required. You have strong communication skills in both English and Chinese. Preferably you are currently Training Manager for a 5* international hotel company with strong in-house programs, or have experience roling out such training programs with various properties. You will be responsible for all aspects of training and development within the group in the region, Identify training needs and training trends of the hospitality industry, Research and develop appropriate training manuals, Propose training strategies, prepare and implement the training calendar, Design and deliver training courses for all staff such as orientation, customer service skills and languages skills training etc., Ensure appropriate levels of skills, knowledge and competence amongst employees, Evaluate and fine-tune the training materials and programmes from time to time, Compile and collate training records, reports and statistics, prepare the Training budget, Liaise with property managers and HR managers on training programmes in each property. Liaise and coordinate with external training institutes if required, Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned. You should have a degree in Training & Development, Hospitality or HR management.
Salary & other benefits: A monthly salary of 40.000 Hong Kong Dollars, based on local package in Hong Kong.
